CASIERMATIC has been conceived to respond to the growing demand for automation in the process of assembly, insertion and locking of partitions inside preformed boxes, saving for some applications additional manual processing through a very flexible, productive and easy to use solution.
The machine, designed to accurately handle a wide range of products, is capable of assembling partitions (6-9-12-15 cells) made of corrugated board (flutes B-E-F) and even solid board.
The coupling of the partition wall to the box is ensured by hot melt glue shots, at specific points of the partition wall with special and precise guns. Therefore, the partition is fixed by glue inside the boxes at 1, 2 or 3 points.
CASIERMATIC is equipped with a PLC with touch screen interface for job setup and to allow the possibility to save specific product parameters and recall them in case of repetitive work. Machine set-up time is also minimized thanks to the automatic size change of the axes (possible with the installation of 7 new motors, 1 for each axis).
