Uni.Co, the universal cutting system, is a flexible machine capable of producing grids, partitions, reinforcements, internal protections, fillers and much more in cardboard and cartonboard. Its flexibility is also demonstrated by the speed with which resizing occurs, easily made possible by adjusting the settings on the touch screen panel supported by a high-tech multimedia graphic.
The Uni.co modular cutting system consists of different cutting units that, when assembled together, can offer 4 different configurations. Thanks to its modular design, this cutting line can be upgraded at any time by adding an extra cutting module, thus allowing the company to expand its production.
Moving from the production of solid and corrugated board panels to the production of partition walls is just a matter of software changes with the new modular Uni.Co! By adding the punching module to the basic configuration I , the customer will have a completely new machine, which changes to configuration F. This modularity offers two major advantages:
