Introducing “Econo Facer EF”, “Modul Facer MF” and “Quick Facer QF”, the standard models of our Single Facer®. They could be called “Single Facers”, but they are anything but one-dimensional. These machines can produce different wave profiles up to 3,350 mm wide and work with any type of paper. The SoftTouch glue application system provides direct and uninterrupted contact with the corrugating roll for a flawless bond.
With over 2,000 Single Facers sold, BHS Corrugated is the world’s largest and most famous manufacturer and developer of Single Facers. Whether cassette or modular, whether pressure rollers or blankets, whether the machines operate with positive or negative pressure – BHS Corrugated offers its customers a wide range of solutions to suit their specific needs. The basis for this is the consistent high performance and efficiency of our standard Econo Facer EF, Modul Facer® MF and Quick Facer QF models, capable of producing the wave sizes required by our customers for all available paper types and working widths up to 3,350 mm. Depending on the model and connected peripherals, the use of Single Facers can achieve production speeds of up to approximately 500 m/min.
