The BHS Corrugated STEADY line was created for customers who receive many very short orders, who require frequent changeovers and for whom moderate production volumes are sufficient. This corrugating line is designed to maintain a constant speed as you change format and quality. The result is completely easy handling and high quality corrugated board.
A typical STEADY line with a width of 2,200 mm can achieve a monthly production of up to 8.5 million m². The STEADY line comes equipped with the award-winning AC Energy Pool system, which incorporates the latest drive control technology. The AC Energy Pool optimizes energy distribution. Together with a constant speed, it achieves extraordinarily low values for glue, steam and production waste, ensuring that your operation remains profitable.
